Dear Xbox, on my account LilPeanut360 it says I have activated automatic recurring billing on my subscription whixh i did not and now i jave to pay $10 plus taxes but I am positive that I did not activate recurring billing so I might change my console
to Ps4 since it seems like your console is not working correctly and saying I activated recurring billing.So please turn it off before I change my mind and change my console to Ps4

Xbox stopped using emails for support quite a while ago.

You could use this link to contact Support aka.ms/contactxboxsupport and use the options Subscription and & Billing > I don't recognise a charge.

Support has not used an email address in years. You can contact them via phone or chat through http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
