Xbox Support dissapointment

I am located in Greece and my xbox one-x has issues that sometimes cannot install games or sometimes cannot sync them or freezes (I have rtfd multiple times). I talked to the support and they told me that the under warranty Xbox must be sent for servicing.
This happened 10 days ago. Since then I am waiting to send me the printing label, which currently is not produced. They cannot do anything... They cannot cancel and retry... They cannot send me another Xbox in advance... They don't forward my call to a supervisor...
The online support is telling me that I have to call the Greek call support and the Greek call support is not resolving the issue.

What can I do?

Hello!

I would contact support back again. There's no reason they shouldn't be able to assist with getting your console replaced, including a shipping label.

That's dissapointing. It seems Malaysia is not getting the Xbox support it needs. Well, easier for us consumer to make a choice now.

Unfortunately that's an issue if you have to send in any specialty console or controllers. You're never guaranteed to get the same thing back. With controllers, all they offer is a replacement and not a repair of them.

It should have it. I'd be pretty dissapointed if it didn't though I'm sure XBL on the 360 would still be supported alongside the new console. lol

Fun game, I support anything from ID but with that said this game has one of the most abrupt ending ive ever seen.That was dissapointing.
