    Have not gotten my fallout 3 code.

    I preordered fallout 4 on the Xbox store on the 9th and I have yet to receive my fallout 3 code. I called support and they directed me here.

    Hi, xbox one chat support sent me here.

    i bought fallout 4 and it came with a code for fallout 3. i redeemed the code online on 25th december and it showed as succesful. However, the game has yet to appear in my ready to install section on xbox one.

    I am eligible. I spoke to xbox support who confirmed that and also gave me the code: 1314045862

    Support told me to reference that code here to get my Fallout 3 code.

    I checked my xbox messages, but never did receive a code.
