    Ok here goes I have a xbox one...now the other day I bought a preowned xbox 360 from game to finally play Spartacus legends and the walking dead. I set up the 360 and put my xbox one gamertag in yet when ever I try downloading something it keeps popping
    up your credit card can't be retrieved. Please buy with your microsoft balance or try again later!!! Now after spending over a hour on the phone we had checked to make sure it was my correct card, billing address and cleared the cache etc it still won't let
    me download netflix and customer support have escalated my case to their highest team!!! Have anyone else heard of this please help ?

    Have paid for Rivers and Actions Collections, but puzzles will not download. It's been over a month

    I talked to someone about a month ago about my problem, and she was very rude. Said she couldn't help me. I'm very disappointed in this type of treatment from Microsoft. Please help me get my puzzles downloaded. Thanks, [Mod Removed]

    This is happening to me as well, with the same cards I've been using for years... started yesterday....

    Support couldn't help me either... To be fair though, the person helping me (Rebecca) did her best... she was awesome.

    Moved from BE to NL, problem with Fable 3 (free for gold game)

    I have chatted with someone from support and she said she couldn't migrate me back, only the user can do this :( I don't believe her, but that means no more games for me :( very very dissapointed

    Error Code 8C320008

    I am having the same issue. I tried adding a credit card to my account and it gives this error after I submit the card's billing information.

    I contacted Xbox support but the lady was no help. She made me clear my cache 4 times in a row, delete the last xbox update, and try again. It didn't work.

    She then had me try to add the information on xbox.com. I got an Invalid Card Number but the information was correct. She couldn't tell me why it gave this error even though I asked multiple times.

    She then had me go to billing.microsoft.com and try to add the information there but there wasn't an option to add a debit card (only prepaid).

    She then gave me the xbox phone number to have the card securely added to the account. The phone representative couldn't do it either, said my card was attached to to many xbox live accounts. I only have this account and she couldn't answer my questions
    about what that error means, what xbox accounts my card is attached to (which it shouldn't be attached to any) and just kept telling me to wait 24 hours and to try again.

    I am VERY disappointed in the poor service I have received. No one from the chat support to the phone support could answer some of my basic questions relating to these issues, they just gave me the runaround and told me to either wait, clear cache/cookies
    off my xbox (which has nothing to do with adding a card on the website or over the phone; and after reading here the 8C320008 error looks to be a known issue but instead of telling me that they are having this issue they wanted to waist my time performing
    steps they knew wouldn't fix my issue), or "they don't know". When I contact support the words "don't know" shouldn't be in their lexicon. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

    @Mitchell:The class is English 1030. I don't know how that helps though lol. It's the recommended English course for all freshmen.

    @Geek: I'm gonna say you would make an ok teacher. Try to be more laidback cause I think you would be a strict teacher and I don't like those kind of teachers. Like Mitchell said, the best teachers I had have the qualities he mentioned.

    Tip: Even though you may not like some of your students, it's good to be nice to all of them rather than just the smart ones or whatever. Although, I did quite enjoy the attention I received from my Chemistry teacher back in junior year. She was so nice and
    sweet to me and just out of college too. ;) It was her 3rd year teaching. I was the best student in my class and I was always really nice to her. I guess she really liked that cause she would always smile at me and flirt with me. I seriously wanted to get
    something out of her, but she was engaged. :( She was really awesome though and very cute hehe.

    I've had awesome teachers in high school. I just couldn't ask for better ones, but my English professor just like -_- lol.



    TL;DR My favorite teachers were laidback, sarcastic and knowledgeable. :)

    Hi Kleo.

    No good news.. Fl4k couldn't help me: the only answer she gave me was to write on xbox forum (I believe she didn't even read my message) and the public post I wrote is still unanswered.

    I contacted Xbox official support, that escalated the problem to the advocatory (i think this is the correct name), but the only reply I received yesterday night from them was only about they didn't understood what's the problem :(

    I'm afraid it would be very hard for me to ever play online Gears of war 2: maybe I should quit.
