Xbox Support confirms I was hacked and hacker got me voice banned

The Virtual Agent says I need to contact Xbox Enforcement but I can not put my case up for review to remove the strike because it is a day ban. What should I do??

This 'hacker' got perma-banned today. He blames me. He threatened to hack me in a voice message. Should I contact Microsoft..? I have the voice message, His account is banned, could Microsoft do anything more.. What do I do?!?!?! Can Microsoft listen to
the voice message and console ban him..?

I got hacked

I got hacked on Xbox and the hacker changed my gamer pic and got me banned from Xbox live

Sorry for the issue with the suspension. Unfortunately, yes you would need to go to the enforcement site, if the ban is longer than a day fill out a case review and then explain what happened. No one on forums or support help with bans/suspensions. As for
your account do you have full access to it now?

Short answer is there is nothing to be done. We understand how frustrating this whole mess can be however as stated by fellow XBF Brad A no one but our Enforcement team has the correct tools to even look into the details of suspensions. If they have
chosen to not overturn their decisions, the best and only thing to do is to wait it out. Hope that helps!

ive called them 3 times they dont seem to be getting me anywhere i just need to be directed to the people in charge of investigating hackers and banning xbox ones because if they can investigate a hacker and ban his xbox that means they can track down the
persons xbox one information which is what i need speaking to EA will not get me anywhere i need microsoft to confirm to EA that yes i have been hacked otherwise its a lost cause without proof.
