    Whats wrong with Xbox Support? I have been trying to contact someone since yesterday, web chat is never an option and the call me back option has just repeated "Something is wrong on our end, try again".

    Help, I need to speak to someone.

    Sorry your going through this. You can see if your Xbox is still under warranty for it to be service. Hers's the link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices.
    Hopefully, it is ans you get a working Xbox but to answer yout question I never had this problem.

    I once had issues with the Xbox power brick on my Xbox One. Then on my Xbox S after the second work of purchase it keep shutting off but I did get a new one under warranty from Microsoft and haven't had an issue with it.

    Wow that's a really bad case of luck that you've had with your consoles. My first Xbox One had issue and eventually just died on me and wouldn't turn on anymore after about 2 years. I then got a second Xbox One, and later a Xbox One X. I still have both
    of those consoles now and they work fine. It's hard to understand why some consoles work perfectly after years of playing, and others are just lemons from day one of purchase. :/ Did you get both of those from the same store/place? No way to be certain if
    it has anything to do with it, but if it were me personally, I wouldn't buy another Xbox from the same retailer or source. :(

    I haven't ever had to have one of mine sent in for service. But I can definitely empathize with the frustration you must be feeling.

    If you do purchase a new system I'd recommend buying one from Best Buy and getting a protection plan with it. This way the Geek squads service center would be the one handling the issue.

    Depending on the factors leading up the problem(s) you've experienced, are you connecting your xbox to a surge protector by chance? Have you tried to troubleshoot the problems before sending them into repair?

    I know for me whenever I've had an odd issue pop up usually a factory reset restores it to normal, and I think for my first xbox I had to replace the power brick once because it "wore" out, but that was after years of playing on it. (we have multiple boxes
    so the family can play/lan parties)

    Yes, the console over the time period was in two different locations. I doubt it would be a wiring issue with both houses. Great thought though!

    I spoke with Xbox support in the want to do another repair. I'm concerned with getting another repair because of the track record. I have never had these issues with my PS4.
    On the previous repairs, was a reason given to you for the issues you're having?

    Were they all the same fix or were they different repairs?

    I hope you resolve it to your satisfaction and you can get on with gaming.
