    So I got suspended 2 years ago for offensive language, totally deserved it, and so i’m careful. Yesterday, I got suspended. I have no idea what I said and i even called microsoft to help me but they said they don’t know anything and that i should submit
    a case review. I did but 16 hours later nothing happened. I grew tired because I just started to stream and people were finally noticing me so I called microsoft support to either get a refunded for all my purchases or possibly be unsuspended. The guy said
    that he will submit a ticker and talk to a manager. I was on hold for about 5-10 minutes until he finally hung up on me. Xbox Support at It’s Finest.

    So Xbox, will you unsuspended me for a reason I do not know or refund all my purchases because i can’t even use my account.

    Can’t see wireless network

    We have had this Xbox one x for a month with no problems and now it can’t see the wireless internet anymore, I have rang our service support for our internet and it’s all fine and the internet is working fine on all my other devices. I have tried to type
    in the ssid number and nothing. I can’t see any wifi at all

    Sound issues

    My sound works fine on my tv at home, but on my tv at my Aunt’s house nothing, we’ve tried everything help! It’s an RCA tv ...sound works fine with the Roku and worked fine before. What are we missing?

    It does take time when a case review is put in for the enforcement team to reinvestigate the report.

    You can go back to their website and it will tell you the status of your case review and if when they are finished with their reinvestigation they will give you their decision there.

    The xbox support team has nothing to do with suspensions only the enforcement team does and the only way to contact them is through the case review process.

    As far as refunds go when an account is suspended even if it is a permanent one you lose all game licenses for the games that are on the account and any moneys that may be in your microsoft account balance per the code of conduct that can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct
    Which you agreed to follow when you signed up for the xbox live service.

    you do realize that when you submitted a case review if you read the faq or the disclaimer it does take 24 to 48 hours because they Do reinvestigation you must live in a dream world if you think cops solve cases in less then 24hours

    And yes there is no refunds for suspensions you forefet everything in a permanent suspension legally as it's their rules
