Hello Hussam Eddin, my gamer tag is [mod removed-personal information] and I have a complaint to make. I play this game called Halo reach and this game has been having issues. The issues that the game is having is armor
resetting every time you log into the game. If I try changing my armor to something else and I get off the game and log back in, the game resets my armor. The servers lag a lot when I'm in a game and the connection host is always laggy to play on. The servers
tend to lag a lot and I always find a game with a red bar and I'm wired with my internet so it shouldn't be lagging. The game will be teleporting and having issues and sometimes lagging out everyone. Please get back to me when you can.

My Xbox keeps freezing during games is an Xbox one s and every time i try to play the division or forza horizon 3 the game will freeze and the game will quit or the Xbox will turn off entirely. Im pretty annoyed with this as I cannot play my expensive games
for more than 15 minutes.
