Xbox support accidently deleted my Live.com email account. I urgently need it back. Help!!!

I need urgent help. I have sold my xbox and deleted the accounts. I don't know a clue what my gamer tag was or the email address linked to it. But my xbox live is still active and I cannot cancel it. How can I get around this ???

its my gamertag but i deleted the parental email for this account on accident

What Mistress Sara Said is partly correct.

What you are wanting to do is not possible since the @live.com account is already a Microsoft account if you remove it from the current xbox profile it will delete that email and you will lose it FOREVER. (you will not be able to sign back into it.) And
once it is gone there is NOTHING anyone can do to get it back.

so DO NOT remove your @live.com email from that account after adding a new email to it. unless you do not care about losing that email address.

I appreciate the reply, but I need to know if there is a way to remove the @Live.com email from the account without it being deleted, unless I missed something or am not understanding.
