Xbox Suddently stops working

This problem happens on both my Xbox One X and My Xbox Series X.
Whenever I keep my Xbox on for an extended period of time (from 2 hours up), my console suddently stops responding properly. I can play the game I was already playing (most of the time at least), but whenever I try to switch game, I get the "For some reason *Game Title* took too long to start. (0x8027025a)" error code. When it is really bad, even the settings and basic functions don,t launch when I try to open them.

I already tried to check network settings, factory reseting the console does not fix the issue and the only temporary fix is to unplug it and try again after a restart.

Does anyone know how to fix this. My Series X is barely two months old and is already plagued by this strange issue.

Hi Drake, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps and it is also odd that this is happening with multiple consoles.

I would like to ask, do you have an external hard drive that you used on both consoles? It can be caused by a corrupted hard drive as well.

Also, you've mentioned that you reset the console. Did you choose keep my games and apps or remove everything?

I ordered a repair, unfortunately I tested a lot of discs yesterday and none of them are seen by the console. Very disappointing that it stopped working suddently.

I have the same trouble I bought my xbox one in less than a week I use the mic 10 hours later turn xbox one and the mic just suddently stopped working now I need to wait 30 days for a replacement
