    I've been I've been on Xbox for 13 years I have to go to the store the Xbox store and I noticed it said I was only a member for a year.

    I called Xbox 4times and nobody can fix it they don't know how to fix it. they said it can't be fixed so now it's looks like I've only been a member for one year and I've been with Xbox for 13 years and I want my system to show that I don't want people to
    think I'm a newbie.

    has anybody had this problem I'm hoping I'm going to posting this in the right location.

    I'm not asking much I want my account fixed

    As support told you, there is no way to force it. Keep in mind that number is only how long you've had gold, not the entire time you've been on Live.

    I can't text with my friend or chat or private chat with my friend. Xbox live sucks. PS3 online is better. I love xbox when it works. But right now Microsoft sucks!!!!
