How to (is it possible to) extend the Game Pass subscription to members of the household?

I've been paying for Live for 10 years. We've always had a console and everyone plays on the same (primary) subscription, as all downloaded games are accessible by everyone who plays on this console. Now that my kid is older, we upgraded to Xbox Game Pass
Ultimate and we have our own laptops.

Is it possible for us each to sign into our own gamertags using the same subscription using PC just as we do on the console? If so, how do we do it? It wouldn't make sense to be charged individually & monthly for each member of the same household. The same
adult is paying for the subscription and all the games, but we ought to be able to maintain our own game progress even if we switch devices. Please help.

    :)

Well the thing is home console only applies to xbox ones not pc

And wouldnt work anyways because xgu isnt sharable only the gold part is on the pc

So xgu for xbox wont qork well for you on multiple laptops

Because you would need to sign in on the primary and download each game on the laptops and xgu for pc isnt really designed for pc since pc titles are limited to playanywhere titles

    Which are very few

You are better off running xgu for pc which is cheaper due to the lack of xbox gold but more pc titles

Xgu for xbox is different from xgu for pc since not all titles are pc compatible

Thats why its cheaper you dont need gold and you havr 100s pf pc arcade and xgu pc games

Two xbox one. One xbox live gold subscription. Half working.

Both of you must have a Gold subscription for that to work properly.

The home Xbox sharing feature is meant to be used by families in the same household not across the internet with random friends.

    Gold Live for Xbox 360

I've heard rumors they're working on a way to bring the Home Gold feature to the Xbox 360 as well, but I haven't heard anything official yet. The Home Gold feature is great for families who share only one console, but it's still no replacement for the multi-console
function of the former Family Pack. Hoping they bring Family Pack back for multi-console households, 360 and One alike.

They didn't do it to force people to upgrade. As far as I can tell, it had to do with security. People were exploiting Family Pack functionality to funnel money out of other people's credit cards into dummy accounts through Family Pack's allowance feature.
I think, if they're going to bring a new Family Pack back, they'll likely have to use single-IP restrictions, so Family Packs can't cover multiple households, just single households with multiple consoles.

Multiple Xbox Consoles and GamePass Subscription

While I do agree the 'Home Xbox' feature is great, with allowing the ability to share games/subscriptions between 2 consoles... I feel there should be more options available for those with 2+ consoles.

The number of consoles per home has increased in recent years, my household for example actively using 4, resulting in multiple subscriptions and multiple purchases of single game titles. The idea of a "Family Plan" or some sort of discount would be great
    and very much welcomed!
