    Hi,

    Basically I currently have xbox live on a profile I use on a daily basis. Although, a good while back (could even be a few years) I must of made another xbox live account and I have been paying a monthly subscription fee for it since.

    I DO NOT KNOW ANY DETAILS FOR THE ACCOUNT FOR EXAMPLE (GAMERTAG OR EMAIL ADDRESS)

    I have contacted microsoft/xbox multiple times and tried to explain the situation over the phone and without the details such as (gamertag or email) they tell me they cannot do anything about it. But paying the £5.99 a month for nothing is beginning to wind
    me up now.

    I was hoping may be anyone else has managed to put themself in such a weird situation and know if it is possible through xbox to be able to cancel subscriptions through giving proof of what payment methods/transactions I have coming out of my card.

    Any help would be great!
