    I need help for this problem, I try to redeem a promo gear of war, first told me to try later, and after a few days to return to try it appeared to me that my subscription blocked me redeem it, do not understand check my subscriptions and no problem I have.

    Existing subscription blocking code redemption..!!

    I tried to redeem code for "gears of War 3" in Xbox one but couldn't. The following message appear:

    "An existing Xbox subscription is blocking code redemption"

    What's the meaning of the message? How to solve this problem?

    Trying to redeem my xbox live gold subscription

    I bought a prepaid Xbox Live Gold card to redeem my subscription. I typed in the code perfectly and pressed enter and got the message "a pre-existing subscription is blocking your code redemption" I then tried on the computer and it gave error code d0ba909b-7538-4f34-81dc-421e14efba1f
    which never came up with anything when I searched for it in the error code finder. PLEASE HELP!

    Not necessarily, may it be trial code or regular Gold subscription redemption code, it's not console specific since these codes are universal code. So you can redeem it on Xbox One or Xbox 360 console.
