just got the statement and i also checked if they updated my xbox account purchase history but no theres nothing as if i never bought it. is there any way to contact microsoft via email regarding this issue ?

hi Georges C. , thanks for the assistance but i had paid using my debit card and i just requested to my invoice but i dont have a option to check today's invoice, i guess i will have to wait till tomorrow so request todays invoice.
