Xbox subscription issue

Hello I have recently just added in my purchased 12 month xbox gold subscription with no game pass however its not showing my new upcoming subscription. It is only showing up with my current sub which ends in July when my current game pass ultimate ends.

Yesterday when I checked I had xbox live game pass ultimate until July. That is why I thought i get my subscription now as I had the money but after adding in my subscription code nothing has changed. I thought it would show up as an upcoming subscription
but i think its just added to my game pass ultimate. As i put in the code it did talk about something about adding in extra months for game pass ultimate but i have already done my £1 of game pass ultimate.

please fix this issue please I only want game pass ultimate till July unless of course it is added an extra couple of months for free. I then just want my gold subscription to end at July 19th 2021

my question is do your subscriptions get deleted or are added when you add a new code as by the what i see when you put in a code when you currently have a subscription it removes it which is frustrating.

What you did indeed was converting your 12 Month Xbox Gold into Gamepass Ultimate.

Im from the United States. I have removed my card and added back and it's still declining it. I have tried PayPal and its still declining.

May I know if you tried deleting your card and re-add it from here?

Or, if PayPal appears as a payment method for your country. Could you try linking a PayPal account and try paying with it?

May I know if you have active any VPN, proxy, DNS filtering or similar service in your device?

If that's the case please turn it off temporarily before testing again.

If not, are you able to use a completely different device and wifi network (like your phone with mobile data if you're trying with a PC)?

If the issue persists could be that you need to reach a Microsoft agent / Xbox support via chat or callback
