Xbox subscription cancellation

Microsoft have billed me £49.99 for an xbox subscription that I did not want, do not use and want cancelled and refunded.

I found the transaction when I checked my credit card statement.

I checked my account and found Microsoft had a recurring subscription set up that I do not want.

I cancelled the subscription but Microsoft would not let me - I get a message - you cannot cancel your subscription it will end on 04/02/2022.

I do not want it. I did not want it. I want it cancelled immediately. I want a full refund for the transaction that I did not want.

I checked my email and found I was emailed on On Sat, 3 Apr 2021, 13:48 from Microsoft Store.

I have replied to that email requesting refund and cancellation. I undertook all of the steps in the microsoft online support and whilst I was unable to get it to cancel the subscription.

I have been unable to find any email address to contact Microsoft to resolve this issue. I have been unable to talk to any customer service representative as the managed process online makes that impossible. Please will you let me know that you have acknowledged my request to cancel and refund this subscription that I do not want and have not used.
