    Why when I go to my Xbox account to change my privacy settings, they keep leading me to beta.support.xbox.com? What is wrong with Microsoft or it is just me?

    The link via Windows Xbox app and the web page seems to be broken at the moment. I am getting the same error from the web as you and the app is sending me to a "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found" page.

    Give it some time for them to correct it. I have written a trouble report. You should also. Go to https://support.microsoft.com to for that.

    Everything you purchase is tied to your account. So unless you're sign into your friend's account when you make the purchases, they should not be transferring to them. If they are automatically downloading to their console, you would need to make sure you
    have your own console set as your Home.

    Hi. Can anyone help me, i am wanting to remove all ways to make payments from the Xbox as my son is “accidentally” buying vbucks and roblox. He has spent over £50 this week. I can’t afford it.
    This should help you.

    If it doesn’t work the first time try it again later, the xbox servers having been acting up.
