    XBOX stuck on "troubleshoot" page with no error code


    When booting up my xbox one it boots to a troubleshooting page with turn off, reset, continue and offline update (this one being grayed out) I have looked through alot of youtube videos and xbox support pages and seemingly there is nothing to help with
    this version of this error i i have no code for a offline update and would rather not reset my xbox as i have games where my save files are years and years old and would love to keep them as it would be a pain and a waste of money and hours to do so. Does
    anyone know how to fix it atm i've turned the xbox off and waiting 5 minutes to see if that helps. Thank you.

    I have no error code so can't do most of the steps and i would very much like to not reset back to factory as i would loose all my game save data of which my GTAV one is worth at least a couple £1,000 and i would very much not like to waste my time with

    please see the steps for E102 on this trouble shooting page, it has all the steps to try regarding this error code

    Including the offline steps

    Error 0x87e0000f when downloading Hitman on PC

    Hi,

    I did try all this and nothing worked. Game downloading gets stuck every time with mentioned error code when it reaches at 781.6 MB. The steps you provided are for installation issue but in my case the issue is during downloading.

    I checked the troubleshooting page for the 87e0000f error code this is what I found here. I tried the steps mentioned in this link too and still I am getting the error. Issue here is that the steps given in this link are for Xbox One console and I need the right steps for PC which I could not found in the error codes troubleshooting page.
