Xbox stuck in store screen, will not navigate home

I'm having the same issue and have tried the reset (save apps and games option) but it's still stuck in the store menu and won't let me get to anything else. If I hit the xbox button, it takes me to settings but none of the other menus. Any additional
advice?

Sounds simple but still want to recommend... Have you held the power button on your xbox one for a full shutdown and then turned it back on and tried?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Have you tried to connect your controller to the console via USB? You might need to check if there is a firmware update. I would check this step by step guide to make sure if it is just a firmware update or you actually
need a replacement.
