Xbox stuck at 89% updated, I already tried holding bind+eject, nothing happened, and...

I tried the offline system diagnostic tool, but after holding the bind and eject button for 15 seconds, nothing happens. In fact, nothing at all happens for several minutes, at which point the xbox green screen comes up and the console is stuck there as

Have you already tried the following?:

Power off your Xbox, press and hold the Bind and Eject Button, Press the power button while still Holding Bind and Eject Button till the Troubleshooting Screen appears. Select reset and to Keep your games and apps.

If nothing works for you, your console may Needs to be replaced.

I'm having the same issue, stuck on the first update. Did tried everything the support pages tell. And I can't get the USB to boot - it simply does not echo the two beeps. Instead the screen stays black if I hold the eject and the bind button.

I tried disconnecting everything a few times nothing is happening. I also tried the bind and eject buttons and nothing happened. My console seems completely dead.

I did it, i hold bind and eject, then press start, waiting when i hear twice starting voice. Release. Trying update, reseting xbox, nothing work.
