    Xbox Stuck at 480p resolution


    I own an Xbox one and it is stuck at 480p resolution and whenever I try to upscale it to 720p or 1080p it shows that the resolution changed on the streaming app but the tv dosent shows and remains as a blue screen and if i want to play on the tv again then i need to turn it on in low power mode and it switches back to 480p again and i use the xbox cable and my tv supports 1080p resolution. Can Anyone please help me Because even the factory reset dosen’t helps. Please someone help me out

    480p is the only resolution that works on the xbox one with my tv.

    In am using a HDMI cable for connecting my monitor to the Xbox and and yes the refresh rate is 60hz on my ASUS VG236H still when i change the resolution from my xbox display settings from 480p to 720p or 1080p the screen goes black for 15 seconds and returns
    me to the low resolution of 480p.

    Changing your display settings to 480p resolution also will help your original xbox experience drastically.
