Xbox streaming video is blank green screen. Help!

I have two laptops running Windows 10. One logs into and streams my Xbox One just fine. The other laptop will log onto the Xbox but I get no video or audio feed, only a blank green screen. The Xbox controller does control the Xbox while streaming on
this laptop however. Checking the connection with the xbox app says everything is fine. I'm at a loss. What's up with the second laptop? The one showing the blank green screen is a MSI Windows native gaming laptop and the one that works is a MacBook pro
running windows though bootcamp. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your input.

Xbox one green screen when trying to watch videos

My Xbox one for some strange reason always displays a green screen when I attemt to watch any type of videos for example Netflix, Upload Studio, and even the Blu-ray player. I can hear the video playing but all I see is a blank green screen, please help
me. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
