    XBOX store


    We all know the XBOX store is quite frustrating in so many ways but one way ro improve it is to have the entry point of where you go in, have it return to the same point and not up multiple rows or some other random location. So frustratimg. This by now
    shouldn't even be an issue. Fix this and improve the experience by doing so.

    Thanks for reply. Unfortunetly this has nothing to do with why it doesn't return to previous entry location when backing out. This has been an issue for years.

    Yeah, some of the app navigation with the store is a little bad.

    They do seem to have been focused on improving the store recently so hopefully it will get better.

    True...yet this IMO is a common sense situation that I hope has just been forgot. You should like any browser does etc return to previous location and not a random location.

    I've personally noticed its not just the store that does this. Even when making changes in the xbox menu or home screen tiles will cause it to jump around rather than logically place the cursor in the next location over.

    It seems like you are having trouble signing into your Microsoft account I've definitely been there before. When this has happened to me in the past I found the steps at

    Microsoft Account on the Xbox console FAQ     really helped me.

    I'm not sure how long this has been going on, I'll check with the State Attorney's Office tomorrow, but Xbox apparently is charging sales tax for digital goods with North Dakota residents. We've been using Playstation for a decade and this issue never came
    up. The really funny part, well not so funny, is that when contacting the Microsoft Store billing/support they knew full well that ND is a tax-exempt state and have never charged residents tax on digital goods from their online stores. WHY in the world would
    Xbox not know this? Unreal. Well, we're contacting the ND State Attorney's Office tomorrow to find out where all those funds have gone.
