Xbox Store Says a game is installing but it’s not even in the Que

If you have an external hard drive connected to the console, turn off the console, remove it and try installing the game to the console's internal memory. If this doesn't apply to you or doesn't work reset the console.

Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

After resetting, try installing the game again.

I have installed it via the Xbox itself it says I install on the store as if I own it but after all the splash screen it then says on the game that I have to but it from the store even though I already own it

It's not the speed of the install it's the fact that it is sitting in my que saying installing when it's not actually installing it keeps refreshing my que after it installs for a few seconds, I left my Xbox on with no games running and the download is at
