    Xbox store purchases not showing in my rewards


    Hi Xbox Live,

    Have just started paying attention to my Xbox Live Rewards & My VIP and have noticed that the only things showing to be adding points is my Live Renewals and some survey points. Absolutely none of my game purchases have shown????

    Have i missed something when setting up the account?

    Recent purchases not showing in rewards

    Hi

    I made a few Purchases through the xbox store last month but these are not showing in my xbox live rewards or my microsoft rewards.

    Rewards not showing up.

    I've been a rewards member since early 2013 but only had rewards through 2014? It's not giving me rewards for my monthly membership or purchases I make through the Xbox store but they're all showing in my Microsoft account? What do I need to do to fix this?

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hello Sir Fixer,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Thank you for the explanation, I thought I will receive credit reward for every games I bought.. (That is my bad)

    I spent well over 3 Hundred dollars in games,DLC, and I have yet to see any of those purchases show

    Did you make your purchases in the online Xbox/Microsoft store? The Rewards system only works with valid purchases in the online store. If you did, then it is possible it has not been 15 days since the purchases. Points show on your account as pending
    15 days after the purchases.

    No freedom rewards

    also before you say I didn't buy it through the xbox store and it's only available through world of tanks as you have previously stated and showed my a link to the Microsoft store, the revenant bundle was only available for a limited time and if you checked
    or able to check old xbox store add-ons you would see the revenant bundle. I only purchased this bundle through the xbox store due to the freedom rewards missions and if you knew anything about world of tanks you would know you can only purchase tanks/ bundles
    with the game currency gold and therefore it would show up in my xbox account as a gold purchase not an actually bundle
