Xbox store, photos not available

When trying to look at games on the Xbox store I cannot view any pictures or game clips as it says, "Sign into your Microsoft account to view. May contain mature contact." there is a button bellow which says "sign in" but when i click it nothing happens.
i am already logged into my Microsoft account on my Xbox and the account has no restrictions in place. I have tried to ring support and also us the online help services Microsoft provide but they were completely useless. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have registered a child account, only the parental account can change the privacy settings for viewing content or playing online.

On the xbox store it is available but it cannot be purchased as it says not available separately (please see attached photo below)

Now on my console (XBOX ONE S - EUROPEAN REGION) the game is not available at all. But on another friend's XBOX ONE S console (UK REGION) the game is listed but it cannot be purchased as it is presented just like the attached photo.

At the moment it is not available, since many used it to put unsuitable or misused photos and there was a lot of traffic in that subject of profile photos.

Why can’t I connect to my Xbox One to my Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2? All my content such as music and photos are stored there and I was able to view and listen via my old Xbox 360. I have turned on “Plays To” functionality in Preferences to no avail
so what is the prescribed method?
