Xbox Store Outage, Can't Download Anything !!

Hey guys i really need help, the support could fix this anyone experience the same problem ? i have Gold, EA Access and Game Pass i cannot download any game or app recently i made a hard reset (erase everything), I purchased also FIfa 18 but can't redownload
it, i have only BF4 working because i have the disk and currently i have over 50 application always stuck in the ready to download tab and never go to queue, the store sometimes give error and i cannot hit any download button most of the times it just won't
let me and if it worked the game or app stuck on working and never queue, it is only shown in the ready to install and when i hit download again nothing happens this is very frustrating been struggling for weeks! i tried to download from another account also
didn't work, i checked with my ISP all ports are opened, I cannot use any service i am subscribed including many registered apps like Netflix, and i lost all my games. Waiting hopefully for a fix

0x80131500 "Try that again"

I can't access the store. This is the error message I get. The error search doesn't show anything for this code and the Xbox Live status page doesn't show any outages. What is the issue?

A hard reset is just holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox One for 15 seconds, which you might try first here.

The Console Reset, either Reset and Remove or Reset and Keep my games and apps are available and sound like you did the reset and remove.

It sounds like there's a network issue.

Unplug the power to your modem router setup for about and minute then go back to your Xbox.

Then go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear and let the Xbox Restart

Bring your network back up and have the Xbox connect to it and see what happens next

Download speeds on xbox live are a little slower due to everyone self isolating around the world. More people at home means more bandwith usage. Sometimes the microsoft store and everything else will be slow or crash. You can expect to see "please try
again" or "oops that didn't work" messages from time to time.

Sorry about that issue, it could be due to the containment there is more people on the service so a bit more slow than usual.

Could be your ips too , cause many peoples are connected...

Ok, that helped but there is another problem I can't open microsoft store

and I did that xbox troubleshoot issue thing about installing apps from store but
