Xbox store on mobile isn't working

This happens to me every so often, Everytime it has happened all I hadto do was uninstall and reinstall the appand it works again.

I might recommend attempting to sign out of the app and sign back in and see if that helps resolve that error code.

If I may ask, what happened exactly when you tried to access your games on cloud gaming? Any error code or error message?

To confirm, are you using the Xbox Game Pass app? How about you try to access cloud gaming via Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser by going to Xbox.com/play?

Please also confirm if you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription via https://account.microsoft.com/services.
