when i try to download the free gold game for xbox 360 backwards compatible it says you cant by this app or game on xbox.com even though i am on the xbox store app on my console!!! im really mad i wanted the past three gold games

thank you ill try this, but im pretty sure im on custom and i can buy stuff, should i just try and put it to adult

Hi Fellow gamer,

You should not have to worry about any settings. As the game is a free game with gold, the only reason the credit card is needed is for billing information. It will not get charged.

The age of your account would have to be 18 or over. If you're not 18 yet, your account would still be considered a child account no matter what the settings say. Child accounts can only purchase backwards compatibility content on a 360 console due to
restrictions in that store.
