    Xbox store not working - Something went wrong


    I just updated my Xbox One console and now my Xbox Store isn't working. I can't search for anything and I keep getting 'Something went wrong'. I've hard power cycled my box, I've reset my console using the keep my games and apps option, I've tried using
    2 different wireless networks, all with no success.

    The internet is working as the console is currently downloading updates for my games, like RDR2.

    What do I need to do to get this working again?

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

    help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
