Xbox store not reconising my owned games.

May I know which platform are you playing these games, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

Kindly confirm if the missing games ARK Survival Evolved Ultimate Survivor Edition and Minecraft are showing up on your account by signing on to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased these games.

If it doesn't show up on your Order history, it means the games were purchased on a different account. Check your other Microsoft accounts' order history to find the game licenses.

Services & Subscriptions information and everything there appears as you would expect. If that looks in order, and you're signed with that account on your Xbox but the subscription is not being recognized, I would try the following troubleshooting steps
if you haven't yet done so:

-Try a
physical power cycle of your console.

-Try
removing and then re-adding your profile to your console. Note that you'll need to know your account's corresponding email and password to do this.

If those troubleshooting steps don't work, or if your subscription information isn't as you would expect it to be, you might need advanced troubleshooting from an official Xbox Support rep; if needed, I would recommend contacting one at their main

Im having a similar issue where when i first insert a disc (game,blue ray or dvd) the xbox will not reconise it but after ejecting and reinserting a second or third time it will being to work.

An enemy jumping is no different to them strafing, just reconise their pattern.

i have brought 1 month of xbox live but when i type in the code it says code not reconised but all of the letters are correct
