Xbox store not recognizing purchase.

I purchased the new dlc for cities skylines, the sunset harbor. I have a receipt for purchase but the game didn't download, its not listed in manage games section snd when i go to the store it asks if i want to purchase it. Help.

I came here because I have the same problem. I had Cities installed from gamepass then they dropped it. Next time I attempted to boot up the game it sent me to the xbox store to buy it. Which I did, without looking apparently. The xbox store purchased
the Windows 10 Edition.

Thanks for the response. I bought the game via my xbox in the xbox store. How would I check which version i bought? Is it possible to buy other versions of the game from your xbox?

Yeah. I'm not sure how its even possible to do this. But I requested a refund and got my money back. I was able to purchase the correct dlc but again I have no idea how its possible ot buy any other version of a game from the xbox store.

They are 2 versions of the game available in the store. The Win 10 edition and the Xbox One edition, make sure you got the right one for your device, otherwise it will not show in your games.

Think I figured this out. Microsoft doesn't have the cross gen stuff working correctly with the store. My purchase history clearly shows the Ultimate Edition bundle, but the store doesn't recognize it. However if I go to the individual items in the bundle
it recognizes my purchase and gives me the option to install.
