Xbox Store Layout

Hello,

Just wanted to raise a point of the way the Microsoft Store on Xbox is designed. The game Trailer automatically plays at an extremely loud volume without the ability to control it. I find it very off putting to look at a potential purchase, only to be
blasted in the ears by extremely loud audio. I was wondering if there is, or could be a way to disable "AutoPlay" on the Trailers. I appreciate the ability to see the trailer. From my personal experience I find it very bothersome and I end up backing away
from the game's store page sooner and makes me not want to buy it.

I always want to see Xbox's continued success, so I am simply letting you know that the design now is far from user friendly. I would say it's safe to assume you would increase digital sales without ruining the user's shopping experience.

The layout is perfectly fine. The only issue I have is the layout of the Xbox One Store.

When you open a game with video in the store hit the menu button three dashes. It will bring a flyout up,select settings and you can disable auto play.

 

I was about to post in agreement with the original poster. I read your reply and now I'm just kicking myself for not even considering trying that before. It seems silly that they turned it on by default, but since you can turn it off, it's now a non-issue
for me. Thanks for the heads up!

 

Not a problem, it is one of those tips that slips by. I still find out new stuff everyday.
