    Xbox store issue


    I bought MK XL from USA online for a friend in Ghana and Xbox gave him a message saying the purchase code sent to him is not available in Ghana so he should contact the seller... what’s the next step now?... can I get a refund?...

    I was playing the beta for the better together update on Xbox and I tried to buy coins to get a texture back but when I tried to buy them I was charged for the purchase yet no coins were given to me.

    Is it possible to fix this?

    Since the issue is happening on both your console and PC I would also suggest setting up a call back from Xbox customer support

    So they can try to maybe make the purchase for you, and to also make sure everything is okay with your account billing information.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select
    See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
