Xbox store in Uruguay

I am from Uruguay, I try to buy games in the store and it won't let me, I have read that they blocked purchases in the store for my country, is it true? And if it is, what solution can I find? Thanks.

Hi Franco,

Unfortunately, Xbox Live isn’t supported in Uruguay, so you won’t be able to purchase content from the Microsoft store.

Xbox supported countries/regions and where Xbox Live is available can be found here:

And there is nothing that can be done? The console just got obsolete

You can check the Supported countries and if and when Uruguay is added it will show there.

Thanks for replying. Country/region is set to Uruguay and language to Spanish (Spain, international). My billing address is also correct (at least I was able to purchase Windows and games through the web store in the past).
