    So fir three days now I’ve been unable to buy anything because every time I try to change the payment type the … just goes on infinitely and it never actually lets me change the payment type. Sucks because I have a bunch of hardware in my cart and I’d really like to buy it. I’ve tried everything I can think of, resetting the console, restarting the store, changing the items in my cart, and nothing works. Any hell would be great. About to bug report it now. This is on a series x.

    XBL is telling me that my region and payment method don't match up

    Change your Microsoft store and make sure you have the payment type selected for your region.

    The prepaid "Gift Card" type Visa and Mastercards you can purchase in store ARE NOT valid forms of payment on xbox live.

    You wouldn't be able to change that into an Xbox code. That is like another type of gift card/payment method. If you redeem the code on Paysafe's website, you would then use them as your payment method on Xbox.

    When you go to the checkout screen there will be a change payment option. Select it then select your Microsoft balance as payment type
