Xbox store error 0x80131500

Whenever I open the xbox store and select a particular item, I get the error code above. I have tried hard resets, soft resets, checking for updates and even factory reseting my xbox but every time I open the store the error is still there. I have had
this problem for over a week now and contacted microsoft support (who told me at first this code wasn't in their system, and then assured me they'd email me to a specialist within 24 hours! Ha! It's been 3 days since they told me that and all my emails inquiring
about the wherabouts of 'my specialist' havn't been responded to - my service number is 11500270951) And many people tell me just to open the store up on a different device, however while that may work for purchasing new games im not currently trying to buy
more games, I want to install the COD Moderwarfare data pack 1, which has to be installed from the xbox store with a link from ingame. As a result, I can't play CO-OP, Multiplayer or Campaign making me feel quite upset with the 45£ purchase. If anybody has
any real fixes for this problem please let me know.

ok so my microsoft store doesnt open and it says it cant load error code is 0x80131500

Hi apparently a soft reset works to solve that particular error code https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Reset using your console

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button
 to open the guide.
Select System > Settings
> System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:
- Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. Use this
  option when selling or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.
- Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases,
  if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
  Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
  Reset and keep my games & apps.
- Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the
  Cancel button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.

After you select one of the options, your Xbox One console will begin the process of erasing the selected content and resetting itself to the default settings.

An update to the Store app on console has recently been released. Please check that it has been updated correctly and try again.

This is good to hear even if it dosn't work, first new suggestion I've heard that I have not already tried I'll let you know if it works.

Edit: No luck, thanks for the suggestiom though. Guess I'm that unlucky 50%
