Based on what you describe, the Xbox 360 Marketplace may be experiencing some technical difficulties in your region, however I'd recommend some basic troubleshooting first before assuming the marketplace is down right now since nothing has been reported.

First, I would recommend removing and re-adding your payment options from your Microsoft Account so that the billing information can update. Once you do that, try making the purchase using a different web browser and also try different devices.

If the issues continues with trying to make this purchase then I would recommend contacting Xbox Customer Support for further assistance:

1. Contact us here
2. Select Xbox One
3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options
6. Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

Hahahahaha. Jetzt mal im Ernst Junge. Hast du dich mal informiert und weisst du auch wieso diese alten wheels nicht funktionieren??? Echt lachhaft solche Aussagen sorry. Geht denn der 1. Xbox Controller oder irgend ein wheel von der 1. Xbox auch an deiner
360???? Vielleicht erstmal vorher informieren und dann gibt's nicht so ein böses Erwachen. Kleiner Tip ;-)

Also erstens ist es eine Absolute frechheitn seiten Microsoft, dass der Die Xbox One scheinbar immer schlechter wird, anstatt sich zu verbessern. Zum beispiel darf ich als Österreicher mich dafür entscheiden, Kinect sprchbefehle zu geben oder Spiel zu spieln
die nicht in Deutschland geprüft wurden, gehts noch ich glaube ich darf wohl entscheiden wie ich die konsole nutzen will... Das selbe ist es mit dem Streamen von Serien etc, bis vor kurzem ging Divx noch und nach einem Update funktionieren weder flash inhalte
noch Divx formate.....
