    Amazon order messed up, no GoW4 early access

    I would but it already shipped. I called and emailed with complaints, so maybe I'll get coupons or something for future purchases

    Calling them out isn't allowed but I guess cheating/hacking is. File a complaint does nothing, it says I will not know the out come of the complaint. That means they say they will investigate it but in reality the complaint will go to some junk folder where
    they store the rest of the complaints and unless my account gets hacked and by then it's too late. Unless xbox starts taking care of these losers on there first offense of hacking/cheating then they are going to find themselves in the same situation as the
    PSN.

    How can I make a complaint to customer services?

    Just an update on this - the online XBOX contact said to use the forums, and wouldn't give me any contact details in which to make a complaint, and the MS Store (UK) online told me to write a letter and send it to the USA!

    Are you serious!? You have no way to deal with complaints or customer service electronically??
