Xbox store. Black desert it won't let me buy any more perals says contact Microsoft support

It won't let me buy it from the microsoft store either.

I have went to black desert support and told them about being abused. I got told that it was part of pvp and that if I didn't want other players kill me then I should stay at lv49. I didn't say much about other players killing me that was not the point of
my contacting there support but its what they went with and they by passed the abuse didn't even say a thing on it.

As for blocking players or reporting them. I can not see there player names and black desert doesn't seem to use gamer tags.....Most of the groups I run into wear ghillie suits pretty well known guilds

Fighting with Microsoft right now to get a refund. I just think this game is far far to toxic and its sad theres kids in this game
