    Xbox Store and memberships not loading on Xbox one X


    I am extremely worried about my console being banned from the store, I haven't done any purchase lately, I have cleared the cache twice using the power cycle and nothing works. My last activity was changing my review on CoD War zone claiming the greed of the corporation, on which does not inflict anything against the conducts of Microsoft. I will be answering in Portuguese and English.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    In this case let’s perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by making sure that the waiting period will be followed:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Hi, yes that will be so, if you bought a game for the XBOX One, it will run better on the XBOX One X (FPS and loading times) and run even better on the XBOX Series X (FPS and loading times)

    I appreciate the Xbox One X must be faster at loading games but the Xbox One's speed is fine to me.
    The loading speeds of the One X are no better than any other Xbox One as they used the same hard drive...it used to take upwards of 2 minutes for my one X to load a particular game!! You aren't missing out there. The One X is really only if you want the 4k content
