Xbox Store and memberships not loading on Xbox one X

In this case let’s perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by making sure that the waiting period will be followed:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I Purchase the membership in the Microsoft store and rn I'm play the old gen gta (xbox one) even though I'm playing on my Xbox series x

I have old games lots disc Xbox 360 keep … I try load disc old game Xbox 360 to Xbox one X no work load .. I hate again buy store each £15.99p unfair. I no happy Store are robber money need more games old again buy sTOp

Please fix update for Xbox one X will be old games Xbox 360 for Disc keep back..

Hi, yes that will be so, if you bought a game for the XBOX One, it will run better on the XBOX One X (FPS and loading times) and run even better on the XBOX Series X (FPS and loading times)

I appreciate the Xbox One X must be faster at loading games but the Xbox One's speed is fine to me.

The loading speeds of the One X are no better than any other Xbox One as they used the same hard drive...it used to take upwards of 2 minutes for my one X to load a particular game!! You aren't missing out there. The One X is really only if you want the 4k content
