test your network/multiplayer connections? If you haven't already, you may want to try unplugging your network devices for a few minutes to let them reset.

You can also make purchases online by signing into you Xbox account. Any digital purchases you make will be available for download right away on your Xbox.

ok so my microsoft store doesnt open and it says it cant load error code is 0x80131500

It didn't work and I cant download xbox console companion because when I open the Microsoft store it says "Try that again Page could not be loaded. Please try again later."

I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.
