    Xbox storage gone


    Hello. My xbox 360 was working fine yesterday until it froze so my sister turned it on. Now today when we turned it on the screen is really small and all games and profiles are gone. When you check the storage it says it needs to be formatted. What do I do? I had alot of videos games and points on my 360.

    If the storage got corrupted, there will be no other thing to do unless formatting. Rest assured that you will not lose your Xbox profile gamerscore or games. The games will need to be downloaded again, but you will not lose the games' license, gamerscore, progress, etc...

    Sorry to say, but I think your hard drive died.

    No way to get your saves back..

    You'll need to get it replaced, or if you still have warranty call support and get it replaced.

    If your data is gone, then it's gone. USB sticks are terrible for Xbox 360 storage. USB Drives on the other hand, are great, depending on which brand you use.

    I am having the exact same problem. I was playing Battlefield 4. My Xbox froze. "Okay, no problem, just turn it off and turn it back on." I did, everything was fine. About 5 minutes later it froze again. "Something's up." So I turn it off and turn it back
    on and it says 0 profiles. I look at my storage and the same ammount is there, but nothing is downloaded. I redownload my profile and that works, but everything still gone. I take a look at download history and everything is there, but not on my hard drive.
    I turn off my Xbox, take out my hard drive and reinsert it. I did this multiple times and nothing has worked. BTW this happened very recently.
