Hello there @perfectionhanus, I hope everything is going well!

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out! All the best!

    Kind Regards

    Stay safe, and happy gaming!

Saves not transferring "Age of Empirs 4 Anniversary Edition"

    Hello Фёдор Мякишев,

We appreciate you for sharing your concern with us and welcome to Xbox Forums.

Based on the information you provided, it appears that you are having trouble with your game saves in Age of Empires 4 Anniversary Edition. Let's work on this together. No worries, I'll do my best to help.

According to the Age of Empires Support page, there is a known issue where save data progression does not transfer from Xbox to Microsoft Stoe PC build. It seems that this issue is being tracked by the support team.

Firstly, it's important to note that game saves are not automatically synced between Xbox and PC versions of the game. However, there are a few steps you can take to manually transfer your game saves.

Here are the steps to transfer your game saves from Xbox to PC:

    1. On your Xbox console, go to "Settings" and then "System".

    2. Select "Storage" and then "Game saves".

    3. Choose the game you want to transfer the save for (in this case, Age of Empires 4 Anniversary Edition).

    4. Select the save you want to transfer and then choose "Copy to USB".

    5. Insert a USB drive into your Xbox console and copy the save file to the USB drive.

    6. Remove the USB drive from your Xbox console and insert it into your PC.

    7. On your PC, open the Xbox app and sign in with the same Microsoft account you use on your Xbox console.

    8. Go to "Settings" and then "Storage".

    9. Select "Game saves" and then "Add a game".

    10. Choose the game you want to transfer the save for (Age of Empires 4 Anniversary Edition).

    11. Select the save file you copied to the USB drive and then choose "Upload".

Once you've completed these steps, your game save should be transferred from your Xbox console to your PC. If you have any trouble with these steps, please let me know and I'll be happy to assist you further.

Additionally, it's important to note that some games may not support cross-platform saves, which means that you may not be able to transfer your saves between Xbox and PC versions of the game. In this case, you may need to start a new game on your PC.

how to fix the "we're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out. Get more info

    Hello JTMoney 1674,

We appreciate you for sharing this with us and welcome to Xbox Forums.

We understand that you are experiencing an issue with processing your payment and would like to get it sorted out. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

Firstly, I would recommend checking if your payment method is up to date and has sufficient funds. You can do this by signing-in to your Microsoft account and going to the Payment & billing section. From there, you can view and update your payment options.

If your payment method is up to date and has sufficient funds, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies. This can help resolve any temporary issues with your browser that may be causing the payment processing error.

    2. Try using a different payment method. If you have multiple payment options saved to your account, try using a different one to see if the issue persists.

    3. Log out and log in again. If you are able to open MS Stoe, open MS store > Click on your profile picture on to right and sign-out. Then sign in again.

    4. Check your funds and re-establish a paying method. Make sure that it has the correct account or credit number, CVV number, name, billing address and the expiration date on payment option page.

If the above steps do not help us resolve the issue, you can contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot the issue and provide additional solutions.

Here's an article that provides more information on how to fix payment and billing issues on Xbox:
