Xbox still crashing on latest Alpha build

wait... so my current os version (latest alpha ring release) caused major issues with my router causing it to reset every time it goes online... it then crashed the router during an update... After several offline resets etc... the console still on same
os bersion... I'm stuck with this os till it goes live even if I remove myself from the program? That's not great... Will Microsoft refund my xbox live sub since I can't utilise it due to their update? Doubt it... meh... cause whenever I restore it's still
the alpha build not public release?

up untill recently mine was making the swoosh sound. Since some of the latest Alpha Skip Ahead builds it has stopped. Is your console pre-owned at all?

I was on the latest DEV Insider build but I just finished wiping my system and going back to a regular build. I was having issues with several things including Flight Simulator and just finally said it was time to drop back. It now installed successfully
but I'm still having the issue that was brought up during the Alpha where downloading the updates that are required usually takes 8 or 9 tries as each one downloads about 10-15GB and then it crashes. So I'm assuming when I get up later this morning and finish
doing the updates it might work, although now I'm not expecting it to be any more reliable than the Alpha was. I was planning on ordering the deluxe version, but in this state I'm glad I didn't waste my money and just going to go with the Game Pass version
until they get this thing stable.

There is a alpha update available today, but since you want the public update, you need to unregister the console, so it will update to the latest public build. If you cannot access the console, then download the xbox insider app on windows 10, and if you can, unregister the console.
