    Since two days I have problems with my controller. The right stick doesn’t work anymore except und the edge browser and in the calibration menu of the stick. I also bought a new controller and have the same problem

    You need the USB memory stick for the Xbox 360. (not use if regular USB sticks work) You can (not 100%) copy your profile from the Xbox 360 your using to the USB stick and then use anywhere you plug that stick into (all xbox 360 systems)

    Issue with Fight Stick on Xbox One

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with my fight stick on the Xbox one. Switching controls for the stick (DPad, Left- or Right-Stick) is not recognized by the Xbox. The system will only recognize the stick as a DPad. I tested this with the controller tester in the Xbox
    settings.

    Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Are there any solutions?

    I am using a Hori RAP One Kai Fighting Stick on the Xbox One X. The Fight Stick has a small switcher for changing the controls of the stick (DPad, Left- or Right-Stick).

    Did you try changing usb ports? Maybe using the ports on the back will work

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

    3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

    5. Pair your controllers to the console again

    USB Update

    I tried to unzip the file and copy the $system_update to a usb stick. But, the xbox 360 does not seem to read the USB stick after restarting the xbox. Is there a trick to getting the xbox to read the system update off the usb stick?

    If your game saves are on the old style of memory stick, and you would get one of the "slim" xboxes, you have no way of transferring stuff over, since your console is RROD. I would suggest in that case to see if one of your friends is willing to help out
    that has one of the older style xboxes. You would need the memory stick and a USB memory stick, and then on your friend's xbox just transfer the game saves (and profile) over to the USB memory stick. The USB memory stick should be 1GB or bigger, I think.

    If you already have it on a USB memory stick, just move it to your new XBOX when you get one.

    If you are getting another old style xbox, just put the memory stick or USB memory stick you have into the new one.



    you could always sell your red ringed xbox on ebay or something for parts.
