Xbox status showing as Unknown

Other faults are listed below:

• Cannot complete mutliplayer test and receive error code (0x000000000000).

• Cannot perform a network speed & statistics test.

• Cannot play any game, it states I need to sign in with account that purchased it.

Further details:

• I have a wired connection which is running fine and I have been able to complete a successful network connection test.

• I have performed a hard reset 3 times with no resolution.

Any suggestions??

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having connection issues. It seems to be a connection issue. We recommend trying to reboot your network hardware. Also try a wireless connection to see if connects that way. Let us know how it goes.

I'm also receiving the issue... My friends list shows none online, but I know done are on as they are posting to the activity feed. Also, when attempting to access the achievement leaderboard I get the following error code 0x87c4000f, this code is not in
the database of error codes and is unknown. When I check the Xbox live service status on Xbox.com it shows everything is fine.
