    I
    hard reset my console and I got stuck in the setup process. After i choose my language stuff, I connect my console to the internet it says its connected then it loops back to the choose language screen. Ive reset my console 3 times already and it keeps occuring.
    Im about 2 seconds away from throwing this console out the window.

    This process led me to the startup guide where I could factory reset everything but my games, going through this process there’s an option to save previous Xbox defaults. End process fixed the problem, thank you!

    I checked and there was an update for Game Bar in Windows Store. When I downloaded it, a "xbox game bar" process appeared and there was another process named "xbox gaming overlay" which seems to be the startup animation for game bar. Apart from this process,
    nothing changed and when I rebooted, this process disappeared.

    However I didn't try to uninstall the latest update of Windows..
