xbox Startrampe - german daily competition before gamescom (didnt recieve prize)

Hi

A few month back just before gamescom xbox.com hosted a daily prize competition at xbox.com/startrampe. With a few questions you could win a lot of stuff. I won a Coupon for a Bustour, a code for 1 Week XBL, no Problem.

One Day it said i won an Elite Controller. Even got a Mail to confirm and send my Address. Same email adress liek the ones before...

To this Day i never got a Controller or any kind information. I know they said in the Rules and Description part the prizes would be send fairly late but i cant imagin that late evan with the high demand with that Controller.

I tried the german chat support and they couldnt help and send me to the forums. I even tried to contact one of the xbox PR firms bt didnt get an answer yet.

Maybe someone got more Information or point out who to talk to.

The end of the week i will try to call the support line if nothing else works out.

They have xbox daily for e3 which is going to be aired before and all throughout e3

and then they have xbox fanfest but that is in la where ms is getting 500 people access to the xbox reveal and special prize packs

Prerequisites
The submitted games/products must:
• Games and products submitted for the gamescom award by exhibitors at gamescom must not be published on
the German or the home market of the submitting company or made available in any other form to the public
before the correspondent gamescom edition of the current year.
The announced publishing date for the game or product on the home market of the submitting company or the
German market must be in the year following the gamescom.
• be displayed in the exhibitor‘s entertainment section and be playable by the audience
• be full-version products (Add-ons do not qualify)

at August the 8th of 2015 I received a message from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** that I have won

Rainbow Six Siege for XBox One via the XBox Startrampe price competition which was hosted during the games com time or just before that.

The E-Mail was signed with:

"Bleib weiter dabei, denn es warten noch viele Überraschungen, Angebote und Gewinne auf dich!

On September the 10th of 2015 I have received a message from Sarah Zinn from the Xbox Startrampe team with the confirmation of the receiption of my adress for the shipping of the price.

After that all questions by e-mail stayed unanswered.

My question: was the competition a fake or is Xbox Startrampe really connected to the microsoft Corporation?
